creatorcore-private/legal_contact_email.txt containing your actual support email (outside public_html). This page does not provide a working email contact until configured.1. About this policy
CreatorCore is a client and social-media management workspace. This policy describes the categories of information the application is designed to process. The operator must ensure this description matches the deployed service and actual practices before publishing.
2. Information processed
- Account information: profile details, email address, login and security-event records.
- Client information: client workspace details, brand profiles, content instructions, and business preferences.
- Connected platforms: account/page identifiers, authorization tokens, permitted profile and Page information.
- Content and media: uploads, drafts, approvals, scheduled posts, published-post identifiers, comments, and analytics returned by authorized platforms.
- Operational information: timestamps, IP addresses, device/session information, audit and error records.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, manage client workspaces, connect social accounts, prepare AI-assisted content, review and schedule posts, publish authorized content, handle comments, display analytics, maintain security, and support troubleshooting.
4. Connected services and AI
With your authorization, CreatorCore interacts with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn APIs. AI-assisted features may send the instructions and brand context needed for generation to Google Vertex AI. Each external provider also operates under its own privacy terms.
5. Sharing and access
CreatorCore is designed to restrict workspace information according to user roles and client access. Information may be transmitted to connected platforms to perform actions you authorize and to hosting or technical service providers necessary to operate the application. CreatorCore does not require social-network passwords to establish official OAuth connections.
6. Security and storage
The application uses access controls and private server-side storage for credentials and media. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The operator is responsible for server access, backups, incident response, and appropriate security testing.
7. Retention and your choices
Information may be retained while an account or client workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, accounting, legal requirements, or recovery. Authorized users can request access, correction, disconnection of a social account, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Disconnecting a platform does not automatically erase content already published on that platform.
8. Data deletion
See the User Data Deletion Instructions for how to request removal of account and connected-platform data. Requests may require identity and authority verification.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as CreatorCore's functionality or data practices change. The revised date will be shown on this page.
