User Data Deletion Instructions

Instructions for requesting deletion of information held by CreatorCore.

Last updated: October 25, 2026

Administrator action required: Publish a working legal/privacy contact email before using this page for Meta app review or a public launch. Create creatorcore-private/legal_contact_email.txt containing your actual support email (outside public_html). This page does not provide a working email contact until configured.

1. Request deletion

To request deletion of your CreatorCore account information, client workspace data, or data associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account, contact the CreatorCore operator using the email address below. Include the type of information you want removed and enough information to identify your CreatorCore account or workspace. Never send passwords, access tokens, App Secrets or authentication codes.

Deletion contact not yet published. The service operator must create the private legal_contact_email.txt file with a working support email before this URL can be submitted to Meta for app review.

2. What to include

  1. Your CreatorCore account email (or other account identifier).
  2. The client workspace or social platform concerned, if applicable.
  3. Whether you request a complete account closure or removal of particular connected-platform data.

3. Verification and processing

For security, the operator may ask you to demonstrate that you control the account or are authorized to act for a client. After verification, the operator will evaluate the request, remove applicable CreatorCore data, revoke or disconnect integrations when appropriate, and confirm the outcome using the agreed contact channel. Data needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or backup recovery may be retained temporarily where permitted.

4. Disconnecting social accounts

If you have access to CreatorCore, you can use the Social Accounts workspace to disconnect a social platform. You can also remove CreatorCore's permissions from the platform's own connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete posts, comments, or other material already hosted by the platform.

5. Third-party content

Content stored by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other external services is governed by those platforms. For content that remains on an external platform, you may need to use its own removal process.

6. Confirmation

After processing the request, the operator should confirm whether the requested CreatorCore data was removed or explain any categories that must be retained and why. This page provides request instructions; it does not claim an automated deletion endpoint is available.
